In April 2025, Wallonia Export & Investment Agency (AWEX), in collaboration with the Skywin cluster and Wallonie-Bruxelles International (WBI), accompanied during this 2days event a delegation of companies, researchers and academics from Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark through Wallonia.
The objective was to create partnerships with Walloon companies in the Aerospace and Security sectors.
The visit of Nordic stakeholders provided an opportunity to discover various Walloon gems in the sector, including the satellite manufacturer Aerospacelab, the Liège Space Centre, the AMOS telescopes and the gravitational waves study project Einstein Telescope. This targeted program was completed with a visit to the European Space Agency - ESA including their ESEC educational activities, the state-of-the-art Nexova Cyber Centre and the IDELUX cybersecurity center.
The B2B sessions, an integral part of the program, offered invaluable opportunities for companies to connect, foster collaborations, and explore potential partnerships.
